Installation and Integration

Infopages is fast to install and deploy. Using Infopages data loader, data can be imported quickly from a customer’s existing information into the Infopages system. Data can be migrated from Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Access or a host of other databases. In addition, multiple Infopages ‘instances’ can be created, if the customer wants to move information between different databases (e.g. from a lead database to a customer database).

InfoPages can be integrated with back-office systems using the digital dashboard. Information from accounting systems like SAP or QuickBooks or other back end applications can be pulled into the dashboard to present key business data. InfoPages integration services means that you don’t get left with islands of data but instead have a seamless set of systems providing quick and easy access to your one centralized set of information.

Software as a Service

InfoPages can be hosted offsite at Objecutive’s data center where the customer has secure access to the system and is not required to perform their own maintenance checks. Objecutive maintains the server environment, the data and keeps the customer up to date with the most current version of InfoPages.

Training

Objecutive provides a number of different training programs to get you quickly up to speed with InfoPages and align the business users with the customer’s key business objectives. Training varies entirely on your needs: ranging from several half-day user group sessions, to “power user” and train-the-trainer sessions.

Support

Objecutive provides annual maintenance contracts for ongoing support. Customers can get telephone support and online support through quick start menus, user manuals and emails. Customer can also choose to receive the latest releases and feature enhancements to infoPages on an annual basis.
